Every client's history, up to date. Without rebuilding the record.
Clara updates the clinical history after every session and helps you bring in previous history. Every change is kept and you can edit it whenever you like.
A record that grows with the therapy
You arrive at each session knowing where you left off. The history gathers what matters in the process and stays current without you rewriting it.
Current after every session
Reason for consultation, presenting issues, background, clinical hypotheses and goals update when Clara processes each session.
Editable, with versions
Change anything you like. Every update stays in the version history, with the session it came from.
People, places and events
Key people, important places and life events, with their relationships and the sessions where they appear.
With previous history
Paste earlier notes or upload documents, including from other software. Clara proposes what to add and nothing changes until you review it.
