Everything you wrote down, one question away.
Search a word across your whole practice or ask about one client. Clara answers only from what your record says and shows which note each sentence comes from.
Your record, without opening every session
Months of therapy hold details that matter: a date, a name, something left open. Ask Clara helps you find them when you need them.
Search your whole practice
Type a word and see where it appears: in your notes, in Clara's notes, in the clinical history or in the previous history you added.
Ask about a client
What was left open, what they said about their sister, when an anniversary falls. Clara reads their whole written record to answer.
Every sentence, with its source
Each sentence in the answer cites the note it comes from. If your record does not support it, Clara does not write it.
Always at hand
Open it from any screen with ⌘K or Ctrl+K. On a client's record, the question already starts with that person.
Type, ask and check the source
- 01
Type what you are looking for
As you type, you see the exact matches in your record, grouped by client.
- 02
Ask Clara
Press Enter and Clara writes a short answer from what that client's notes record.
- 03
Open the source note
Every sentence carries its reference. Open it to read the original passage and decide what to do with it.
Clara finds and summarises. You interpret.
Ask Clara only reports what your record contains. It does not diagnose, assess risk or propose interventions. If you ask it for a clinical decision, it shows what your notes record on that topic so the decision stays yours.
Ask Clara is included in the Expert plan and in the one-month trial. Data is hosted in the European Union.

Frequently asked questions
Where do Clara's answers come from?
Only from that client's written record in Clara: your notes, Clara's notes, session summaries and transcripts, the clinical history and the previous history you added. It does not use outside information.
Can I check every answer?
Yes. Each sentence cites the note it comes from and you can open the original passage. If a sentence cannot be supported by your record, Clara drops it.
Does Ask Clara diagnose or assess risk?
No. It answers with what your notes say and adds no diagnoses, risk assessments or recommendations. If a question asks for a clinical decision, it shows what the record says about that topic.
Can I search my whole practice at once?
Yes. Remove the client filter and the search covers every record. Results are grouped by client.
